How to Use the JAC Fleet Replacement Planner

Step 1 – Capture Your Fleet
Add one vehicle per row:

Vehicle ID / registration
Make & model
Year first in service
Current km, average monthly km
Maintenance spend and downtime in the last 12 months

Step 2 – Set Your Thresholds
At the top of the sheet, adjust:

Age thresholds (when a vehicle feels “old” for your operation)
Maintenance spend thresholds
Downtime thresholds (days off the road in 12 months)

The planner uses these to score each vehicle.

Step 3 – Read the Flags
The tool automatically calculates:

Age / Maintenance / Downtime scores
An Overall Replacement Score
A Replacement Flag:
- Green – keep running
- Amber – plan replacement
- Red – high priority for replacement

It also suggests a target replacement year and lets you note a candidate JAC replacement (T6, T8, T9, X200 or N-Series).
